Welcome to the Wake County Public School System. 

As a new employee with our school system, you are required to complete New Employee Pre-Employment Orientation before you can begin work.  This is a multi-step process.  You will watch a series of videos on your own time. You will also complete required forms, review licensure, payroll and benefits information.  Human Resources will communicate with you by telephone and email details regarding this process. 

What You Need

You will need documents to verify your identity for the I-9 form.  See this list of acceptable documents for the I-9 form.  Please note you will need either one document from list A or a document from both list B and C.
