Mrs. Alisha Das, ESL Teacher
Hello, Aversboro families and community! It is a pleasure to serve as the English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher at Aversboro Elementary School! After serving in Harnett County Schools for 33 years as ESL Teacher and ESL Lead Teacher, I am happy to return to my hometown of Garner and follow my passion—teaching in the elementary ESL classroom! I graduated from Campbell University with a BA in Spanish Education and obtained my ESL Licensure many years ago! I speak 3 languages (English, Spanish, and Tamil) and travel to India every year to visit my family! My hope is to support our administrators, school staff, students, families, and community in creative and supportive ways, ensuring success and belonging for all of us!
