Hello! My name is Kelly Hurry and I love being a second grade teacher at Laurel Park Elementary! I graduated in 2017 from Penn State University with a degree in Elementary Education. Go Nittany Lions! This will be my seventh year teaching. I taught 1st grade in Fairfax, Virginia prior to coming to Wake County in 2020.

I love the sunshine, bright colors, and kind people. You can often find me at Target, Club Pilates, by the pool, on the ski slopes, or at Chick-fil-A. I enjoy crafting and organizing all things! I love hearing kids laugh and watching friendships develop. Our classroom will be filled with laughter, fun, and learning!
