I am originally from Lithuania but have been calling North Carolina home for over a decade. Outside of school, I love reading, traveling, trying new restaurants and facetime with my sister and parents who are back in Lithuania.

Hello my name is Kinette Johnson. I am from the big city of Wilmington, NC. I recently moved to Raleigh, NC and this will be my first year teaching. I am a proud parent of two terrific children. I count it as a great joy to have the experience of working with children of all ages for the last 17 years as a Youth Counselor, QP, Instructional Assistant and a Youth Minister. It has been my childhood dream to teach! This is a valuable opportunity and I take it very seriously. I believe that "A good education can change anyone and a good teacher can change everything!" So, let's make this the most colorful year as possible, filled with lots of learning and fun!

My name is Shea Shuttleworth. This is my second year at Green. I grew up in Greensboro and right after graduating college in 2021 my husband and I moved to Madison, Wisconsin for a fun adventure. We fell in love with snow! We moved to Raleigh in 2023 and enjoy all the trails Raleigh has to offer. We have a cat named George (after Curious George) who thinks he's a dog and loves giving hugs. Game nights, paddle boarding, traveling, reading, and baking are some of my favorite things to do. Over the past couple of years, I have been a two-year-old teacher, instructional assistant, and a kindergarten teacher. I can't wait for a great school year!

Outside of school, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling to the beach or mountains, and trying out new restaurants.
