Hi! I'm Meghan Tillery, and I am the Magnet Coordinator here at Wendell Magnet Elementary. I moved from Michigan to North Carolina in 2006 to teach at WMES and have been here ever since! I've taught 5th grade, 3rd grade, and 2nd grade. I was also the science specialist for 3 years as well as the Design Coach for a year. When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, Brayden & Braxton.  

 

I love working with teachers, students and their families. The best part of my job is watching all of them get excited about learning! Learning through the arts and the design thinking process allows all students to be successful and provides unique, relevant learning experiences. I have been blessed with this opportunity to continue advocating for and supporting our school to keep Wendell Magnet Elementary School the best place to spend our days!
