My name is Jessica Ward. This will be my first year teaching at Laurel Park Elementary. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree from UNC Chapel Hill in Human Development and Family Studies. I also have a Master’s Degree from Ball State University with a Master’s of Arts with certificates in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. I have always loved working with children and families and have done so for over 12 years in various settings (HeadStart Preschool, Early Intervention Preschool, Private Preschool, and an Autism Clinic.) I am excited to use all my previous work experiences to serve the children and families at Laurel Park Elementary.

My interests are traveling and learning about diverse cultures and food, spending time with loved ones and friends, and spending time at the beach whenever I can. I am also a Disney adult and love the story telling of the early 90’s-2000’s films.
