Hello, my name is Steve Sapienza, I am fortunate to be a School Social Worker for WCPSS for 23 years and 14th year as a licensed clinician and a new member of the Yates Mill Elementary School.  

Attended Northern Illinois University located in DeKalb Il and received a Health Education degree and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. 

 

I was born in Chicago, Illinois and enjoy all Chicago sports and miss the food. My favorite team in the triangle is the Carolina Hurricanes, and I enjoy going to the games with my son, John and daughter Mary.
