Monthly Updates- March 2026

  • SCIENCE:

    • Students will begin learning how forces affect the motion of an object. We will learn how to calculate speed and make motion graphs.  

    MATH:

    • We are learning strategies to multiply and divide decimals. We will use models and standard algorithm!

    ELA:

    • Students will work to understand how an author’s point of view influences informational text. They will then work to develop their own opinions about what made Jackie Robsinson successful. Finally, they’ll research their own athlete leader of social change and create a presentation comparing their athlete and Jackie Robinson.
