Norma Gómez

Hello! My name is Norma Gómez. I was born and raised in Colombia. I am a passionate teacher with more than 13 years of experience, and I am thrilled to be joining Jeffreys Grove Elementary this year as a fifth-grade Spanish immersion teacher. After graduating from high school, I pursued my passion for languages at La Salle University, majoring in Modern Languages with a focus on teaching English, Spanish, and French. I also hold a specialization in Bilingual Education and School Neuropsychology.

Beyond the classroom, I enjoy traveling and learning about new cultures. These experiences enrich my teaching and help me bring a global perspective to my lessons. I also love spending time with my family, taking my dog for walks, reading, listening to music, and going to the movies.
