Hello Zebulon Cougars! My name is Satina Smith, and I am excited to be a part of your community. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Meredith College, with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a teaching license, followed by a Master's in Education with a specialization in AIG.

For the past 18 years, I have had the privilege of teaching 2nd and 3rd grade.  I am passionate about helping students become independent thinkers and develop critical and creative thinking skills, which not only inspire a love of learning but also cultivate leadership qualities that will serve them well throughout their lives.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy crocheting and take pride in creating unique, handmade pieces for my wardrobe. I also love sharing my passion by teaching people of all ages how to crochet.
