This school year marks my 24th year in education, all in WCPSS. I received my bachelors in early childhood education from the University of North Carolina and have my Master's of School Administration from NC State. I am the proud father of four wonderful students and a husband to my amazing wife. In my spare time I walk my two dogs and take hikes with my wife Elisa. 

My educational philosophy is that students need  the freedom to question and explore to develop their natural leadership skills. You will often see me encourage students to question their teachers and explore on their own to answer questions.
