COUNSELING AND STUDENT SERVICES

  • School Counselor Appointment Procedures for Students

Counselors enjoy meeting with students one‑on‑one, and we encourage students to connect with their counselor early in high school. To speak with a counselor, sign up for an appointment using the Student Appointment Scheduler (links below). Please do not visit Student Services during class unless you have an appointment or it is an emergency. Your counselor will email you and/or send a hall pass when it’s time to come in.

School Counselor Appointment Procedures for Parents

If you would like to speak with your child’s counselor, please email them or call 919‑881‑4800. To meet in person, we ask that you schedule a time in advance. Because counselors often have appointments, are working with students, or may be out of the office for testing or meetings, they may not be available for walk‑ins. If your child is in crisis and needs immediate support, a counselor will assist you as soon as possible or arrange for another available counselor to help.
