ScribOrder TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

  • To request an official or unofficial transcript, submit your order online through the WCPSS ScribOrder system. This system is for the following requests:
    • Current high school students not using CFNC and needing a transcript or student record.
    • Former WCPSS students requesting a transcript or student record.
    • Colleges, universities, corporations, verification companies, or government agencies requesting education verification or student records.
     
    Visit wcpss.scriborder.com and follow the prompts to place your request.

CCP & SCHOLARSHIP TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

  • Please use the form link to request transcripts related to CCP and scholarship applications. 

    Transcripts can be emailed to your WCPSS student email or picked up in Student Services. Please allow 2 to 3 school days for processing. If you need your transcript sooner, plan ahead so you have it in time.

DMV TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

CLASS OF 2026 FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

  • Class of 2026 final transcripts will be available after graduation in late June.

    • Students will be responsible for sending their final transcript wherever needed.
    • Instructions will be with their diploma as well as posted on the SHS website.
    • Seniors will use CFNC.org to send transcripts electronically to any NC college (including community colleges).
    • To send a transcript to out-of-state colleges or any other site, students will need to use WCPSS's online request form.

BEGINNING OF YEAR AND MID-YEAR TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

  • You must send your official transcript to in-state community colleges and universities through CFNC: cfnc.org.  Click on "Apply to College" and then go to the Application Hub Transcript Manager. To send via CFNC is always free! 

    If you are using the Common App, Coalition App, HBCU Common App to apply to colleges, transcripts will be uploaded by your school counselor when you indicate their email address in your online application.
