I am a Meredith College graduate with a degree in Child Development and also K-6  teaching certification.  I have taught at Wendell Elementary for 23 years and absolutely love the small town atmosphere and families that live here.  I have lived in Zebulon all of my life, but Wendell is definitely my second home.  My family is very important to me.  I am married to Tony and have two wonderful children, Evan and Lillie.  When I'm not at WES, I enjoy spending time with my family and the beach and the mountains.  Teaching young children is such a joy to me and I love seeing children grow and learn every day.
