Course Correction Form - Available December 1st to December 10th at 3pm!
Course Correction Request Form Instructions - Please read carefully!
Use this form to request a change to your second semester schedule. This form is the only way to make a request. Changes are not guaranteed and based on availability and could impact your whole schedule.
Timeline:
- December 1: Form opens - Available online here
- December 1-10 (by 3PM): Submit your request online. No requests will be accepted after Dec 10th
- December 19: All changes will be completed. If approved, updates will appear in InfiniteCampus. If not approved, your schedule will stay the same.
Valid Reasons to Request a Schedule Change:
- You're scheduled for less than 4 classes or have two classes in the same period
- You're enrolled in a class you’ve already passed
- You are missing a core graduation requirement
Important Notes:

Elective requests will not be accepted or considered due to the transition to InfiniteCampus and alignment with fall course corrections.

JUNIORS taking CCP or SENIORS requesting Late Arrival/Early Release: Use this separate form Do not submit those requests here.

Seniors: Schedule changes may affect college admissions or scholarships. Contact admissions FIRST.

The schedule was built from your spring course selections so changes are limited.

Only your most recent form will be accepted. Do not submit duplicates.

Please do not request teacher changes as they cannot be honored. Please do not email or call for changes - no appointments are available for schedule change requests.

Schedule Reduction Form for Spring 2025-2026 (Juniors/Seniors Only)
Use THIS FORM to request a reduction in courses at Green Level High School for second semester - Spring 2025-26. You must complete this form for your schedule reduction to be considered - this is only for Seniors (for dual enrollment, employment or other) and Juniors with dual enrollment at CCP (documentation is required to be uploaded).
This form must be completed by December 10th by 3pm.
**If you are participating in CCP at Wake Tech, please attach your dual-enrollment form AND proof of course registration in the form. Registration for Wake Tech CCP courses for Summer/Fall starts in February/March - if you are not registered yet, make sure when you upload your Dual Enrollment form here now (it does not need your counselor's signature - just the student and parent signature). Then attach a screenshot from your portal of your enrollment in select courses as soon as you register with Wake Tech.
Schedule reductions will not be possible when required courses are present in the class period(s) you are requesting to drop. Student schedules will not be rearranged to accommodate schedule reduction requests. Students must register for 12 courses - 8 primary and 4 alternates. Your course schedule for Green Level is not contingent on Wake Tech enrollment.
All forms must have the student and parent/guardian acknowledgment to be considered – students must use their WCPSS email address for consideration.

Dual Enrollment Form - Career and College Promise (CCP) at Wake Tech
This form is for students who are taking dual enrollment courses through the Career and College Promise (CCP) program at Wake Technical Community College. Students must complete this form for their dual enrollment courses to be put on the high school and college transcript.
Please complete this form, AND attach a screenshot from your Wake Tech portal of your enrollment, and upload it into the Schedule Reduction Form or return it to Student Services, email it to Ms. Roberts at hroberts3@wcpss.net or your school counselor after enrolling through Wake Tech.

3 Year Accelerated Graduation Application
Students who are interested in graduating one year early - at the end of their junior year - should complete this application and turn it into Student Services.
For the 2025-2026 school year, this application is due by August 6th.

Mid-Year Graduation Application
Please complete this form to request consideration for a Mid-Year Graduation (graduating in January - one semester early) in their senior year.
For the 2025-2026 school year, this form is due August 6th.

Senior Packet - Class of 2026! - Updated!
Senior Packet link - this form is for seniors to complete, which you submit to your counselor to help in writing recommendations! Student Services has access to this form, so your counselor will view it there.
This is required at least 3 weeks prior to a deadline to write a recommendation - we must have at least three weeks to complete the information by your deadline. You should not wait for any recommendation to submit - don't miss your deadlines! We have extended deadline after your deadline - good luck and see you soon!
