If you are seeking a paper copy of your transcript to review your class rank after final grades are posted, you need to come to Student Services in person and work with Ms. Rys for this information. Do not use a transcript request link to review class rank or updated GPA. Your GPA is updated in InfiniteCampus also - please check your portal.

ALL STUDENTS - For CCP, DMV, Scholarships, etc. - Please use the GLHS Transcript Request form

*Please do not e-mail your counselor to request a transcript for CCP. We cannot send transcripts via e-mail*

All students should use the above transcript request form to receive a copy of their transcript for CCP purposes. Students should fill out this form to request their transcript. All transcripts will be picked up in Student Services. Any transcripts not picked up within 10 days will be destroyed and a new request will be needed.

Once you pick up your transcript, you will need to take a picture of your transcript and turn it into a PDF using your phone, then upload that document to your CCP application.

UNDERCLASSMEN (9th-11th graders)! To send your transcript, you have two options:

1. If you are attending an IN STATE enrichment program that requests you to send a transcript from CFNC, please request your transcript to be sent through CFNC

2. If you are attending a CCP (Career and College Promise) at Wake Tech or a summer program, please request the transcript via Transcript Request for CCP, DMV, Scholarships, etc - You will pick up your paper copy in Student Services within three business days.

3. If you are attending an OUT OF STATE college or university or enrichment program, please request the transcript via ScribOnline - If for a scholarship and you need the transcript to be email directly to a program, put this email in the "Email Address" box instead of your personal email address.

SENIORS! To send your final transcript, you have two options - all transcripts will be sent to post-secondary options by June 21st.

1. If you are attending an IN STATE college or university, please request your transcript to be sent through CFNC

2. If you are attending an OUT OF STATE college or university, please request the final transcript via ScribOnline - If you are attending a CCP (Career and College Promise) at Wake Tech or a summer program, please request the transcript via ScribOnline - Please make sure to check the box that applies to you (CCP has its own box - "Career and College Promise"!) - and complete the "Special Instructions" - You can say, "CCP Application transcript needed" or "Scholarship Application transcript needed." If for a scholarship and you need the transcript to be email directly to a program, put this email in the "Email Address" box instead of your personal email address.

Sending a Transcript Links:

1. ScribOnline - NCAA, out of state, scholarships, etc.

2. Common App - Counselor will upload for you in this portal when you attach our email address to complete your Secondary School Report

3. CFNC - All NC colleges and universities - it sends immediately and also sends your final transcript at the end of the year

Sending Test Score Links - All scores must be sent officially to a college/university - we cannot send official scores on behalf of students:

School Profile 2025-2026 - This document is sent with each transcript for colleges, universities and scholarships. It helps to get an idea of the courses we offer and more about our school, students and community.
