The Hilburn Academy After School Program seeks to provide your child with a safe, fun, and engaging environment where students can play, make friends, and try new things! Our highly qualified staff loves spending their afternoons with your students. Activities include playground fun, arts and crafts, peer reading, homework assistance, and more! We take pride in how we run our program and are grateful that it has evolved into such a successful one.

Registrations require two business days for processing before your child can attend our programs.

AFTER-SCHOOL PAY PERIOD FEE:  Monday– Friday: $148.73
The registration fee is $15.00. 
       

The first payment is due on Monday, August 25, 2025, and must be made with a check, money order, or cashier's check. A late fee will be applied after September 5, 2025.
Any following payments can be submitted online. 
 
Children enrolled in a Daily Rate Program are only allowed to attend on the days of the week for which they are registered.
Days of the week cannot be exchanged.

• Payments are spread out over nine pay periods.
• The registration fee is $15.00 per child and is non-refundable unless the program is canceled before the start of the school year.
• The returned check fee is $10.00, and the late check fee is $10.00.
