The Hilburn Academy After School Program seeks to provide your child with a safe, fun, and engaging environment where students can play, make friends, and try new things! Our highly qualified staff loves spending their afternoons with your students. Activities include playground fun, arts and crafts, peer reading, homework assistance, and more! We pride ourselves on how we run our program and are so grateful that it has grown into such a successful one.

Registrations require two processing business days before your child can attend our programs.

AFTER-SCHOOL PAY PERIOD FEE:  Monday– Friday: $148.73
The registration fee is $15.00 
       

The first payment is due Tuesday, 8/27/24, and must be done with a check, money order, or cashier's check (A late fee will be applied after 9/5/24)
Any following payments can be submitted online. 
 
Children enrolled in a Daily Rate Program can attend only on the days of the week they are registered.
Days of the week cannot be exchanged.

• Payments are spread out over nine pay periods.
• The registration fee is $15.00 per child and is non-refundable unless the program does not operate prior to school opening.
• The returned check fee is $10.00, and the late check fee is $10.00
