    Can I pay online?

    Yes, Aftercare Online Payments


    How much do I owe?
    Monday-Friday fee is $148.73

    Is there a late fee? 

    Yes, $5.00 per 15 minutes after 6:00 p.m. and $10.00 per 15 minutes after 6:30 p.m. The principal may terminate program participation in excessive instances of late pick-up.

    To whom do I make the check, money order or traveler's check out to?

    Checks should be made to  Hilburn Academy with the child's name in the memo line.

    Where can I submit my check?

    Payments can be placed in the RED tin or sent to an after-school coordinator. DO NOT SEND CHECKS WITH YOUR CHILD. 

    What are the program hours?

    After-School Program 3:15 pm-6:00 pm
