Hello everyone! My name is Kyndall Carr. I am excited to begin my teaching career at YMES with first grade. I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. I graduated from Winston-Salem State University (Go Rams!) with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. 

When I am not busy, I love to spend time with my two dogs, Mason and Cooper. I also love to watch Crime Scene Kitchen (a baking show). Whenever I can go to the beach, I will go! I love the water and how relaxing it is. Some of my favorites are Coca-Cola, Kiwi Hi-Chews, and Chocolate!!! 

I have a passion for teaching and working with young children. My goal is to meet every student where they are and push them to their true, authentic potential. I want to support all students academically and emotionally by creating a safe and equitable environment in my classroom. 

 I cannot wait to begin this journey with you and your student this year at YMES!!! Go Frogs!
