💙 Help Us Create a Zen Den for Our Students 💙
We are excited to share an initiative focused on supporting the social-emotional well-being of our students. We are working to create a Zen Den—a quiet, sensory-friendly space where students can pause, decompress, and emotionally regulate in a safe environment with staff oversight.
While our front office, counselor’s office, and nurse’s office provide essential support, they are often busy and not always conducive to mental decompression. The Zen Den would directly address this gap by offering students a calm, intentional space designed specifically for emotional regulation and reflection.
This space will be a vital step forward in our commitment to nurturing the whole student—mind, body, and spirit. 🌱
To bring the Zen Den to life, we are seeking support from our amazing school community. We have created an Amazon Wish List with items that will help make this space welcoming, soothing, and effective for our students.
We truly appreciate your continued partnership and support in helping us care for our students’ well-being. Together, we can make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for always supporting our school and our students! 💙

Buy a Recognition Ad for your child! Senior Ads are usually the way yearbook programs make the money needed to pay to keep the yearbook price affordable. Since we will not have seniors for 2 years, FGHS is providing the opportunity for families to buy Recognition Ads for 2025-2026 & 2026-2027 school years. This could also be a great place for you to advertise your business. Ads will be available for purchase through February 6, 2026.
FGHS Inaugural Yearbook and Recognition Ads can be purchased at:
Jostens.com - Yearbook - Order Online - enter school information then you will be guided to purchase a yearbook or an ad
