Teen Court Volunteer Information Session
Teen Court is an alternative justice program that practices implementing restorative rather than punitive justice for youths with misdemeanor offenses. The main goal for this program is to help youth in Wake County get back on the right track and learn a lesson from their actions rather than having a criminal record and experiencing the juvenile justice system at a young age. One of the main components of restorative justice for youths is respecting their right to be tried by a jury of their peers. This means that the Jury, Bailiff, and Attorney positions are all held by local youth volunteers. Representatives from Teen Court will be on campus December 9th during A Lunch to speak about volunteer opportunities. Please sign up in AllTimely under Ms. Merry.
Enrichment Opportunities
Looking for enrichment opportunities during the school year and summer? Check out our
Enrichment Opportunities page on the Student Services website! It is updated frequently with new opportunities.
Donations for Student Ambassadors
Do you have any board games or card games laying around your house collecting dust? Student Ambassadors are collecting games for students to play during lunch as a way to build community and develop friendships. We're also collecting the following items for student activities: regular popsicle sticks, school glue, sequins/pompoms, acrylic paint, paintbrushes, and thin ribbon. Please drop off in the front office. Any donations are appreciated!
With $15, you can't buy happiness, but you can buy a dozen doughnuts and support Felton Grove High School!! We have just launched a GroupRaise x Krispy Kreme Digital Dozens fundraising campaign. From now until December 19, 50% of orders will be donated back to Felton Grove High School, when you purchase your doughnuts using our fundraising sales page.
Just in time for holiday gifting, the PTSA has partnered with Lew Wilson Art to provide an ornament that commemorates the first year of FGHS!
Purchases can be made using the link below. 20% of purchases are donated back to PTSA to fund programs for our community.

FGHS Has An On-site Food Pantry: FGHS Food Pantry is available to support students and families. Families are welcome to schedule a visit to the pantry to select your food items by emailing Ms. Donaldson tdonaldson2@wcpss.net or by completing the Food Pantry Request Form. Pantry hours are currently Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm. Please submit all pre-orders by Thursday; they are filled every Friday unless another time is needed. The option for pick up or to send food bags home with your child should be selected on the pantry order form.
Students may also receive a confidential S.A.P. pass with a QR code for easy ordering. If you want your child to have this pass, please email me. All pantry requests are handled confidentially.
Here is the Food Pantry Request Form. Information on this form will be collected for data collection purposes, as well as to fulfill any pre-orders for food request.

Schedule Change Request Process for 2nd Semester: We will have a brief schedule change request window in January to address any rigor level changes for core classes only. Students must fill out the schedule change form that will be sent out January 9th and have a priority deadline of January 20th to be processed by the first day of 2nd Semester. We are unable to consider schedule change requests made outside of this form - any requests sent through email will not be considered. Elective change requests will not be considered due to space limitations. **Please note, submitting a request does not guarantee a change will be made to your schedule. Rigor changes in non-combo classes (i.e. Math and AP courses) are subject to space/availability within your schedule.**
Students interested in the following careers have the opportunity to join an Explorer Post to learn more about the career and participate in activities associated with the career pathway. These usually fill up quickly, so contact the host organization soon if interested.
