Student Volunteer Leadership Opportunity with Note in the Pocket Organization-Earn Volunteer Hours
Applications for Teen Board are OPEN until April 3rd for all Wake County High School students, rising 9th-11th graders. Join the Teen Board and help the community and earn volunteer hours!
What is the Teen Board?
Local high school students from the Triangle volunteer their time on the Teen Board to support Note in the Pocket’s mission. Our Teen Board leaders complete a variety of projects to gain hands-on leadership development experience. Mentors will provide them with insight into the functions and demands of running a nonprofit organization, help them develop and hone their leadership skills, and offer guidance and support in their efforts to implement projects that will improve the lives of children throughout our community.
