• Good Afternoon Felton Grove High School Families, this is your principal, Rob Morrison.

    New this message
We hope everyone enjoys the Holiday Break.  Our front office will be closed over break and re-open on Monday, January 5, 2026 when we return to school.

Carpool Adjustment:  Starting on Monday, January 5, 2026 we will be having the “lead” car pull down to the stop sign. This will allow many more cars to be unloaded at once. We would also like to remind our families that our carpool lane is the only place students should be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon.

Families, please make sure your Talking Points are working for your child’s classes.  We will be using Talking Points to communicate to you that your child is exempt from a non-mandatory final exam.  If your child is exempt, you will receive that communication by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

Information on ordering a yearbook is attached.

    Donations for Student Ambassadors
Do you have any board games or card games laying around your house collecting dust? Student Ambassadors are collecting games for students to play during lunch as a way to build community and develop friendships. We're also collecting the following items for student activities: regular popsicle sticks, school glue, sequins/pompoms, acrylic paint, paintbrushes, and thin ribbon. Please drop off in the front office. Any donations are appreciated!

Just in time for holiday gifting, the PTSA has partnered with Lew Wilson Art to provide an ornament that commemorates the first year of FGHS!

Schedule Change Request Process for 2nd Semester: We will have a brief schedule change request window in January to address any rigor level changes for core classes only. Students must fill out the schedule change form that will be sent out January 9th and have a priority deadline of January 20th to be processed by the first day of 2nd Semester. We are unable to consider schedule change requests made outside of this form - any requests sent through email will not be considered. Elective change requests will not be considered due to space limitations. **Please note, submitting a request does not guarantee a change will be made to your schedule. Rigor changes in non-combo classes (i.e. Math and AP courses) are subject to space/availability within your schedule.**

All students will have the opportunity to take the PSAT in the spring semester for a fee. Dates, registration and fee details will be communicated later in the school year.
