I am excited to be starting another year at Fuquay-Varina Middle School!  This will be my eighteenth year of teaching 8th grade Science at FVMS and I am proud to be a member of the Bengal Family.  I grew up in Ohio and attended Kent State University for my teaching degree.  I am a HUGE Cleveland sports fan (win or lose) with basketball being my favorite sport.  After I graduated and got married in 2005, I moved down to North Carolina with my husband and started my family and fabulous career at FVMS.  My husband and I have two wonderful children (15 and 12) that keep us busy.  When I am not at the softball or soccer fields with my children, I enjoy running, reading, and relaxing.  I look forward to an amazing year.  Welcome to SUCCESS!
