Ms. Andrea Padgett
PE Teacher
My name is Andrea Padgett and I am excited to begin my 4th year at FVMS. This is my 7th year teaching middle school Health/PE and I LOVE what I teach! I am from Fuquay-Varina and currently live in this beautiful town with my husband, Mr. Padgett, and our son who was born this summer. During the school year, you can find me coaching girls basketball, planning awesome lessons that are centered around the health and wellness of our students, and leading the PE department as the Chair.
When I'm not at school, I enjoy being active in many different ways. Mr. Padgett and I train for a half marathon every year together. We walk, jog, and (sometimes) run all around town. It's a great way for us to spend time together and stay in shape. I also enjoy singing for our church worship team, gardening, and watching fun shows on Netflix. Many students already know that my favorite restaurant is Bojangles. I also love going to StickBoy in downtown Fuquay for an iced latte and a sweet treat.
