How to Register

Our registration window for rising 9th graders, class of 2029, is now open!

 

In order to be eligible to apply to the NAF Academy of Engineering & Information Technology, students must be assigned to Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School.

 

The Academy has an open and equitable student recruitment process that results in a student body that reflects the demographics of the school community.

 

Students are expected to commit to the program for the duration of high school and complete school with a NAFTrack Certification. The academy requires specific courses as well as an internship before high school graduation. 

 

Interested students should complete the registration. Spaces are limited for each class. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as they are assigned to Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School.

 

Please note: Students will need to provide information from a teacher who is willing to complete a recommendation. This includes the teacher's contact information, their current school, and email address. We will email teachers a link to complete the recommendation.
