2025-26 Semester Schedule Correction Requests


  • 2025-26 second semester schedule corrections are limited and will only be considered if a student meets one or more of the criteria listed below. Schedule change requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.

    Eligible Reasons for a Schedule Correction

    Schedule correction requests may be submitted if any of the following apply:

    • The student has already received credit for the course.

    • The student has an incomplete schedule or has too many courses scheduled.

    • The student is requesting to increase course rigor within the same subject area
      (Academic → Honors or Honors → AP; approval is based on seat availability).

    • The student’s schedule is out of sequence
      (e.g., Math 4 scheduled before Math 3, Spanish II before Spanish I).

    • The student is missing a course required for graduation or for completion of an Academy Pathway.

    How to Submit a Request

    All schedule correction requests must be submitted using the official online form.

    Please note:

    • Submission of a request does not guarantee a schedule change.

    • Requests are reviewed in the order received and based on availability and graduation requirements.
