Hi! My name is Grace Landrum. I am from Jacksonville, North Carolina and recently moved to Raleigh. This is my first year teaching at Millbrook, and I am so excited to be joining the Kindergarten team! I am a two-time graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am dual-certified in both Elementary Education (K-6) and Special Education (K-12). I am committed to fostering a welcoming, safe, and inclusive classroom space that will meet the needs of all students and strive to establish positive connections with students and families.

When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time at the beach, going to local coffee shops, baking, and spending time with my cat, Chanel. I also enjoy going back to visit Chapel Hills campus to attend football and basketball games with my family and friends. Go Heels!

Why I Teach...

From a young age, I felt a strong desire to build a career that inspires and motivates others to reach their full potential. My own school experience was deeply influenced by teachers who I found incredibly inspiring. Their impact on my life made me realize the profound difference I could make in the lives of others. I aspire to channel that same influence to positively shape students' lives and contribute to developing the next generation of leaders.
