Hello, my name is Leila Mayer. I was born and raised Raleigh, NC. I am a proud graduate of the Univeristy of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelor's in Sociology and North Carolina Central University with Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. My teaching journey started in 2010.  I have worked in all levels of Early Childhood, but my passion is working with 3-5 year olds. I love seeing my students  grow and reach their developmental milestones. In my spare time, I love reading and spending time with family and friends. I cannot wait to see the students SOAR to new levels during their educational journey at Vandora Springs!
