Hello, Eagle Families!  

My name is Jocelyn Shell. I was born in South Bend, Indiana, but I have been a North Carolinian since age six. I graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2021, with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in applied behavioral analysis. I started at Vandora shortly after graduating, and I have been an Eagle ever since! I found a passion for working with children at a young age, and I am so grateful for the opportunity I have to teach preschoolers student. I am beyond excited to support your child and grow with them in their first years of school! 

Outside of Vandora, you can find me walking or hiking a trail with my dog, Lucy, or looking after all of my plants around my apartment. I am a huge supporter of supporting local businesses and encourage others to support them too! I love creating new and exciting vegetarian recipes as well as testing my baking skills in the kitchen. I am someone who always has room for dessert (dark chocolate specifically), always has an iced coffee in my hand, and is always willing to learn and take on new opportunities!
