Hello, Ram families! This is Mrs. Lassiter calling with the weekly announcements from Rolesville High School.

Congratulations to Jaylin Powell and Matthew Mims. Both athletes were chosen as Greater Neuse River Conference athletes of the year for Girls Basketball and Wrestling respectively. Swim coach Logan Brendle won Coach of the Year for Girls Swimming. Also, check out our Twitter feed on the RHS website to see the long list of RHS athletes who have been recognized for excellence in the conference.

Thanks to all of the parents and students who helped with the Winter Percussion and Guard competition at RHS last weekend. It was an awesome event and ran beautifully!

Course verification sheets will go home next week for parents to review and sign. This, of course, follows the event we had earlier this week where we had students register for 2017-18 courses.

Applications for all 2017-18 application courses whether the course is offered in the fall or spring are due March 31st. Late application will not be accepted. Applications may be turned in to Student Services or the teacher.

Please remember that you will need to show ID when you check a student out. Please also remember that students may only be checked out by people who have been approved by parents in advance and are listed in our student database.

On Tuesday, April 4th, we invite all seniors and their parents to Senior Parent Information Night.  The session will begin at 6 pm in the main gym at Rolesville High School.  Please come out and join us as we share important information with our 2017 graduates and their families.

Cap and gown proofs were distributed today. Caps and gowns plus anything else you ordered from Jostens will be delivered on Monday.

Senior parents, please remind your Ram to bring letters of college acceptance and scholarship offers to Student Services. We want to celebrate successes with our Seniors!
