    Senior Parent Night:  Don’t forget that we rescheduled it for Monday, Oct. 1st from 6-7 PM.  Jostens will be available at 5 PM to take senior orders for caps, gowns, tassels and other graduation products.  The deposit will be $60. They will also take class ring orders and that deposit is $75.

     

    Spirit Week:  Oct. 1-5 with themes each day, powder puff at 6 PM on Wed, pep rally Friday afternoon, homecoming game and court on Friday night, dance on Saturday night...Check the website for details.

     

    Wake Tech and College and Career Promise:  This is an awesome way to get free college credit.  WTCC requires that parents and students attend a meeting before applying.  Look it up on the web and attend a meeting nearby. Go to ccp.waketech.edu.

    Financial Aid Night:  It has be scheduled for Wednesday, October 17th from 6:00 - 7:00 PM in the Media Center.

     

    Volunteer Registration: You are already aware that you must either register for the first time or renew your registration each year.  We need this to be done before the end of October and it must be done onsight (any WCPSS site). RHS will need your help with test proctoring and other volunteer events.  Please make sure you ask about registration for the volunteer system when you are at the school and we will set you up.

      

    Review

    Free and Reduced Lunch Applications:  Do not forget that they must be submitted and processed by Oct. 7th.  The easiest way to do this is online at https://www.wcpss.net/meals.  Paper forms are available at the school.  Beginning Oct. 8th, students who were previously approved will not be served until applications are submitted and processed.

     

    From PTSA - Meeting on 9-10-18

    • Publix has changed their way to link for the school.  Instead of the cards, you now need to go online at www.Publix.com and create an account.  You will get a link where you will confirm your email.  You will then return to the Publix site, go to your account and scroll to the bottom of the page.  Look for “My Publix Partner” and select Rolesville High School PTSA. Also, be certain to select your local Publix.

    • Please, please remember to register to be a volunteer.  You must do this at a WCPSS school or office building.

    National Achievers Society:  Families are reminded that paperwork and dues must be submitted by October 5th.

     

    Wake County College Fair:  It has been rescheduled for Oct. 7th from 2-4 PM at NCSU’s McKimmon Center.  Students should plan to take a bag to collect materials that are distributed by the colleges.
