RHS Blood Drive:  The date has been set for October 6th for students and staff to donate. We will share more details with students as they become available.

Financial Aid Night - Oct. 10th:  I know they are planning an event for this particular evening.  For some reason, I do not have a time in my calendar.  I will update with more details and I will share with the students during morning announcements.  I just want to put the date on your radar.

Senior Graduation Orders - Make-up Date:  There is an additional day for orders on Oct. 10th.  Students need to order caps, gowns, tassels and other graduation products.  

Homecoming Dance Tickets:  The dance is Saturday, October 14th.  Tickets are on sale on the online school payments option on the RHS website.

Speaking of Homecoming:  We have lots of fun things planned for Spirit Week.  Of course, homecoming is Friday, Oct. 13th.  We will be playing KHS.

Senior Group Picture and Underclassmen Make-up Pictures:  They are set for the morning of Oct. 16th.  We will share more details with students during announcements.

Planning Ahead for Freshman Parent Night: It is set for October 17th at 6:00 PM.  We hope to see our Freshman families there!

For Math I families:  WCPSS has put together an online resource to assist with homework.  We encourage you to take advantage of the NC Math 1 Student Support Site via your student’s login to our Canvas website. Once you have logged in to Canvas, click on the tile that says "NC Math 1 Student Support Site" to access the support resources.  Look for the Ready-Set-Go! Materials.

Reindeer Day Volunteer Registration:  There is a sign-up sheet outside Mrs. McPherson’s office.  We need lots of help on Friday, Nov. 3rd, and Saturday, Nov. 4th.

Wake Tech College and Career Promise:  This is the program that if a student is academically eligible, he or she can take free college classes while in HS.  It is MANDATORY that parents and students attend an information session.  To to the CCP section on the WTCC website to find the next information session and put it on your calendar.

NC State Fair Tickets:  If you order online at the NC State Fair website, scroll down to the WCPSS deal.  Enter our school code 546.  RHS will earn $2 for every ticket sold.  Please consider purchasing this way to support RHS!
